What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card/PayPal will be charged.

If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

Are all your products in stock?

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Do Elysian Hair Come Washed?

All of our virgin hair undergoes a secondary washing, however we recommend that you wash your hair with Elysian Premium Intensive Moisturizing Argan Oil Shampoo & Condition your hair with Elysian Premium Intensive Moisturizing Argan Oil Conditioner before you install your hair. 

 

How Many Bundles of Virgin Hair Hair Will I Need?

We recommend 2 bundles of hair if you order from 12"-16", 3 bundles of hair if you order from 18"-26", 4 bundles of hair if you order from 28"-34". 

 

How long will it take for my order to process?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All orders received before 1:00 pm are processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. All orders usually ships within 24 hours after processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

What happened to FREE philadelphia drop off?

we we will no longer offer free Philadelphia Drop off, however you are more than welcome to come shop our retail location. We are located at 2006 e. Chelten Avenue Philadelphia PA 19138.

How will I Know when my order is available for Pick-Up?

Our Once we process your order we will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be available for pick up the same business day, although some exceptions apply where your order will be availabe the same day if your order is placed before 1:00pm.

 

 

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the main cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via your selected courier to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made before your shipment has been sent call us at 1-877-947-0377 so that we can correct the problem. if your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee the courier charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

What happens if my packaged is lost?

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at 1-877-947-0377. We will contact your courier right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent.

What is the return policy?

At Elysian Hair we maintain the highest level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory in Philadelphia Pa. Everything goes through a meticulous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

Do you offer replacements/exchanges?

We take pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair reacts to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be fixed by practicing a simple care routine. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the Elysian Distribution Center. If Elysian verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Elysian will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Elysian will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a $10 credit towards another shipping option.  If Elysian does not confirm the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product.
